Dr. Arnold Warlock from The Wellcome Foundation Ltd presented a paper at the 11th Assembly of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers' Associations in 1982, which provides data on European pharmaceutical companies' activities in developing countries and their contributions to technology transfer.
